Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah Signs $39 Million Deal with Cleveland Browns
Cleveland Browns linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah has signed a three-year, $39 million deal with the team, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The deal includes $25 million guaranteed.
Owusu-Koramoah, 23, is coming off a breakout season in which he finished third on the Browns with 70 tackles and added a sack and two passes defensed. He also had his first career interception in the team's Week 17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Owusu-Koramoah was a second-round pick by the Browns in the 2021 NFL Draft. He played college football at Notre Dame, where he was a consensus All-American in 2020.
The signing of Owusu-Koramoah is a big boost for the Browns' defense, which is looking to improve after finishing 29th in the NFL in points allowed last season.
